CANCELLATION POLICY
All appointments are reserved especially for you, so we kindly ask that cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or arrivals 15 minutes or more past the scheduled time may result in a charge of 75% of the booked service, and cards on file will only be charged if one of these situations occurs. Repeated issues may require full prepayment for future bookings. By scheduling, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
